14/10/2023 - Frame Drum
Since this year, Sound Healing has come my way and I have started to follow my heart and develop myself in this. My instrument collection is slowly expanding and I cherish these instruments as a part of me. For example, I have several Tibetan Singing Bowls, a Sansula, a Koshi Chime and tuning forks. Since yesterday I have a new frame drum. In the video below I play a frame drum for the first time. This Frame Drum is a Remo Renaissance, 16 inch.

I am surrendering, flowing and waving. I am laughing, I am crying, I am embracing..I feel so fragile, yet so strong. I fall, I am imperfect, I am human..yet I get up and keep going, step by step. I am water, the earth, the air, the fire.. I am you, you are me, we are all the same, yet so beautifully different. We need connection..to be vulnerable and soft with each other.. so together we will rise. Rise to the divine, towards God, together. Let's take each other's hands, let's dance and let's sing. Let's be loud and enjoy the silence. Let's run towards the moon, the stars, the sun. Because..
