About the event
Dance and music can be forms of expression that feel vulnerable. Sofie and Pia give you the safety to embrace this vulnerable feeling. By embracing your vulnerability as your strength, you can truly connect with yourself and others and taste 'daring to be yourself without shame'. There is no such thing as 'right' or 'wrong'. Everyone is free to take up their space.
This Saturday evening you will be taken on a journey to your inner world. During this journey, Sofie and Pia invite you to connect with your body and your own colorful voice in a playful, soft way. This is followed by a heart-warming sound bath, a chance to dive even deeper into yourself, and we conclude our 'dance, song and sound journey' with a sharing round while enjoying a cup of tea.
